They're best for party favors

There are no holes in the cones so you have to drill something in the very thick plastic for the flag to fit (if that's what). They aim at) ), which can be dangerous if you're not careful and use something sharp. I recommend drilling or punching a hole from the inside of a cone on a hard surface. Otherwise the delivery and the material of the product is fine.
