Review on 🌈 T.R.U. EL-766AW Rainbow Pack General Purpose Electrical Tape - UL/CSA Listed, 3/4" (W) x 66' (L), 10 Pack - Suitable for Use at 600V by David Tadder

I bought 2 rolls from this list: one purple and one pink. I mainly use them to mark wires so these less common colors seemed like a good buy to me. The pink tape held up pretty well. Not as good as regular 3M electrical tape though. (Which I would absolutely recommend of any cheap brand if you're actually using it for line voltage - or higher - applications). The purple tape barely stuck to itself, let alone the sheaths on the various cables. It's also kind of brownish purple. Very dull and dirty, unlike the photo in the product description where it looks almost fluorescent. This is comparable to 3M purple tape, although 3M is slightly lighter. I uploaded an image so you can compare. I have included a roll of purple TradeGear ribbon which is actually purple. The tape matches the product photos: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LY3FG50/) Cardboard spindles also have different markings: The purple tape represents the "Teno Tape" brand and claims UL and CE certification . The pink band is unbranded and has the UL and CSA logos. Both bands have a glossy finish. The spindles are 1.5" ID, not 1" for regular 3M 3/4" tape. I only mention this if you plan to use it with a dispenser. to inconsistency. I only have two colors but that doesn't give me confidence in the others. If they're all from different manufacturers (which I can't prove but I can infer) then it's essentially a tie roulette game.
