The band and face of my watch are very worn. I work in trucking, so I always turn my watch upside down when I have to flex my wrist to pick something up. This avoids pain when my watch measures my hand and puts pressure on the pins. I forgot to turn my watch the other day when I moved a large box for a moment and one of the pins popped out. I was able to put it back in place with a knife. A few days later another pin popped out but was badly bent. I had to put my old pins back in. The watch strap itself is of good quality and my only complaint is that the clips appear to be plastic at first glance, but they are not. My biggest problem is of course the pens: they are thin and poorly protected.
