Mackie Buds suit me fine. I help out with backing vocals at church and I need them to stay in place during the singing service as we don't stand still. They seem to have a good balance to keep the buds on my (smaller) ears, but I can only pull them out just enough to allow for some noise to make me feel connected to the community. I would recommend these headphones.
