I like that it is very easy for me as my team lead/manager, which allows us all members of our department have access at once so we can easily track issues across multiple applications or sites within one account! The best thing about this tool would be if you could see what other users are doing with their bugs when they mark them resolved - but thats not really something i dislike too much since its open source software anyway!! We use Bugzilla mainly because most companies out there do (I think?). Its great having everything collected into 1 place instead going from site-to website trying find where your issue lies etc., It also makes tracking down old tickets alot quicker than searching through different files online looking back over time logs ect..
