Exactly what I needed! I work at my desk all day, or I'm on the phone, or I get my nails done, or I play video games, and the attitude is what it is after I think about it. I met with a doctor who advised me to see a chiropractor, get a massage, and practice good posture to get rid of my tension migraines. It helped a lot so I remember to keep the best posture even when I'm not wearing it. I love that it's adjustable so I can wear it over large fluffy sweaters or under a cardigan.
