I am a true size 6.5 and ordered a two piece black nubuck heel. The shoes are quite narrow, fit my feet well and the material doesn't bulge outwards. Lining made of soft imitation suede. real black. The ankle strap has five notches. The ankle strap should sit perfectly over the ankle. Heels are EXACTLY 3 inches, no less, no more. I recommend getting a size smaller as they are a bit roomy in the toes, but that doesn't mean you can't walk in them comfortably. You can put a gel pad on your toes to elevate it if it bothers you (and it shouldn't), or you can go without it because it's comfortable either way. You look like me and worry about tiny imperfections, if you go half a size down it should be snug. Overall, this is a well made pair of chunky heeled shoes. Ideal for evening events and excursions. It's definitely cute and I'd say worth it considering the other options sold on Revain seem limited.
