Review on ๐Ÿ‘“ GUNNAR - Blue Light Glasses for Kids (12 years and above) - Blocks 65% Blue Light - Cruz, Navy, Amber Tint by Richard Marriott

Revainrating 3 out of 5

2 stars for kids who think they're cool.

EDIT**** after 4 months of personal use. I have increased the star rating from 2 to 3 stars. They don't deserve a 3, but they don't deserve a 4 either. Why increase the rating with many questions? I found many more benefits and subtracted a star for what I believe to be size distortion. ABOUT THE COMPANY: as a product. they are really cool. I started trying them on just for the sake of trying and they sat next to me for a week or two (as they didn't fit my son who they were intended for as mentioned in the original review) and I just did installed a new monitor which was a lot . closer to my face than my TV, and its lowest brightness settings might shock you; I started getting headaches at night, they will last forever. She stopped that immediately. Well the glasses delayed the headache long enough to end my gaming session. Several sessions have taken too long and eye strain is inevitable. I would also like to point out that there is a noticeable SMALL increase when you put them on, which I never thought was necessary, but it helps so much! I'm a little confused, but I'll end here. They have a solid price for any average sized person over say 16 (give or take). Oddly enough I broke them this morning but I'm impressed they survived at least 4-5 random 300lb "daddy steps". . I am impressed. I got these for my 8 year old son to fill in stockings. To be honest I just wanted to put something cool in it. My son is 8 years younger but let's be honest. it is not for children. I got curious how they work when I realized they didn't fit him. This dad is 300lbs 6ft 3in and they fit me really well. They are adult size. The ones I gave my daughter fit well and I have since bought the same pair for my son. They think they help a lot, but really. True functionality/performance? You're kicking ass right now in Fortnite's Blizzard (which will be gone soon), but there's nothing you can't replicate in your settings. These glasses aren't much different than adding a slight "warm" filter to your TV's settings. Some kind of crap.

Pros
