I like that there is an opportunity for learning new things every day by reading documentation or other resources provided online as well within our own team meetings/conversations with eachothers about what we are implementing next! The ability of being able move fast without having too many set rules can be hard sometimes if you do not understand all aspects fully before starting work (i think this depends entirely upon who your manager works best alongside).
Being part time allows flexibility but also makes it harder when trying implement changes at short notice due high volume demands from clients - especially during peak season which has been particularly difficult recently since covid hit us here so heavily last month!! We were looking into automating some processes across multiple sites where manual labour was required such processing invoices etc however found out quickly how much more cost effective automation would make these tasks vs hiring extra staff & paying them.
