I like that it's been around for quite some time now - over 10 years! That there are several different languages available to use as well. The support team has also always responded quickly when issues arise. There haven't really ever been problems since we started using this solution back then so far but if you're looking for something simple yet robust than they might be worth checking them out. We were having an issue where our messages would get lost after being sent from usernames ending in @mydomainname.com which was not what people intended. This solved that problem completely while still keeping everything else private and secured.
