Pleasantly surprised. I've attached a photo of him next to the loft hat. About the same size but this Revain is slightly smaller. My head circumference is about 22 inches and it fits. As much as I want to wear it (tilted up), it would be nice if it was half an inch taller. It has good flexibility (not like a cheap loosely woven straw hat) - it's woven to be almost as strong as canvas. I wish it was a little shorter in height, but it works. The creases from shipping smoothed out quite easily and steaming helped a bit.
