I'll start by saying I have a defective pair. The right headphone will not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. That being said, I contacted the company to see if there was a solution. My rating is based on how they perform over 5 minute work periods. I'm sure mine are an accident. Fit and comfort are good. I can't wear standard headphones because they just won't stay in my ears. They have silicone hooks that work great. The sound quality is decent. It's very bass-heavy, lacking in treble, but I've found that the sound improves when I use the smallest ear adapter. I think it's because it doesn't cover the ear canal that much. The charging case is good. The buds fit well. The case is a bit bigger than I would have liked, but it offers excellent protection for the earbuds. The big plus is that I can handle these headphones without accidentally changing songs or volume like so many others. Overall a decent product. Hope I can fix mine. UPDATE: I corrected mine after seeing a review of another brand that had the same issue. I cleaned the contacts. I used a combination of eraser, metal pencil (to scratch the contact on the bump) and rubbing alcohol. That's mostly the solution for me, but as a beginner I didn't think I'd have a bad contact. I have made. Now these work great.
