I had problems with the seller. Email over email and nothing in return except sorry we are out of office. Well, that's not true. We have received 1 email stating a guarantee and possibly a 20% discount on a new order. However, it did not provide any instructions on how to use the guarantee or discount. 7 new emails asking me to call or show me how to get a warranty replacement. The pump has been standing for 2 months and the switch does not work. We are so tired of companies that don't respect honesty.
