The first pair was utilized for a year and 2 months. There was not a single complaint. But after that, the battery started to discharge swiftly (just the warranty had expired). Since I utilized them quite frequently, I believe that it is acceptable to use them now (although of course a year is not enough). I purchased brand new ones that are identical (in aliexpress). Following the fourth charge, the ears won back around 30% of the charge and passed out. I placed it to charge, and everything seems to be functioning OK; I switched them on, and they played one charge almost all. After being charged to 100 percent once more, the subject remained unresponsive for the next half an hour. Software ated, same thing. It is my intention to come back. Many people have written about this issue on the Bose website, but the company's response to it is something along the lines of "while under warranty - change, then figure it out yourself."
