arrived in 3 days. shipping instructions followed. The bag is just so beautiful. well done . The lining is well sewn. The bag is just like the photo and for a "small" bag it can really hold a lot. Pockets at front and back. It seems that everything is sewn well, the threads do not stick out. The strap makes a well-made impression and can be easily adjusted. The bag is also very cute. The only thing I had an issue with was the smell. Strong smell of the packaging when opening. What I did was put the bag in the box it was in and then put one of those charcoal bags on top to purify the air overnight. In the morning the smell was completely gone. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Go raven!
