I ordered a pack of 6 rice flakes. I only received one on July 10th. I wrote where it is allowed to report it and they immediately indicated that they sent another package of 6. I only received one yesterday so I paid for 6 and only received 2 at this time and it doesn't allow me to "return". " Section to contact the carrier directly. Writes "non-refundable" and gives no other options.
