So close to being a 4 or 5 star product but I ended up returning it. I'll start with the bad since I sent it back. For me it was the overall quality and looks that mattered. As you can see from my first photo, it had creases on arrival and didn't look like the image on the product page. I stuffed it all the way and used a blow dryer and it got rid of most of the wrinkles. BUT as you can see in the second and third picture it can't fix the sloppy manufacturing and sewing process. The material is just too loose and as you can see from the edge it looks like there is extra material that wasn't stretched during the sewing process. This is the difference between an average product and a premium product. Call me a snob, but I want my bag to be as premium as the new Surface laptop I'm going to keep in it. Too bad because there's a lot to like about this bag. It fits perfectly on my Surface 3 15 inch laptop. It's like it was made specifically for that. The inside is plush and soft. Also, I like the look of the nylon material (when tightened). And the overall design is exactly what I wanted, with a minimalist sleeve and a slim pocket on the outside. Functionally it is perfect. Well I hope this review helps someone.
