I also ordered these because I saw cable cutouts online and was disappointed with the lack of a cutout; However, I could not find any other brand with cutouts. However, aside from the initial disappointment, I found these diapers to be great for leak protection. I've tried Huggies Supreme diapers but they tended to leak (1-2 times every few days) even if I changed them every three hours or so - that could be partly because all the diapers in the pack were soaked through. Bad rubber on one side. Pampers diapers were much better quality (only 1-2 odd diapers in 4 packs) and they rarely leaked. I found that the leak protection was better when I went up to the next diaper size when my son is 2lbs lighter than the packet says (around 8-9lbs, I went to size 1). My son is now 15lbs and I use Cruisers 3 although he is not yet crawling and says 16-28lbs on the pack - they fit very well and rarely leak. I gave Huggies another try before going back to Pampers and Cruisers, but after almost daily leaks, I've decided to stick with Pampers.
