This was my first pop up lock or phone. So mistakes were made. I adjusted it low to be taller when it got stuck on the vent. Wrong move. Also, center it down for balance. Believe me! I installed horizontally. Wrong move again. Assemble it like a normal human, just as it was intended. After all that, I used it every time I picked up the phone! It lasted almost a year with amazing results! Now the problems are not my fault. The position locks wore out evenly and uselessly within a month. boo One of the pins was broken. Weekly. Then daily. I just put it back in and everything was fine. That's all. No other problems. I've carried the phone in a loop hundreds of times, my little one too, and he was alive. The pen finally fell out today. First time. I put it back but today I'm going to buy another one of these. It's good.
