The product worked well until the earbud broke when I just put it in my ear. I took out insurance when I bought headphones. I don't understand why the 4 YEAR INSURANCE REPLACEMENT OPTION is available with the product for a replacement in the event of a problem, but the insurance doesn't cover anything. It is very disappointing that Revain and Symphonized have given me the option to replace or refund a product. If I hadn't received a refund but simply exchanged the product I would have been satisfied. But it was a waste of money and very disappointing. Please do not add additional coverage, you will not be satisfied based on personal experience.
