I was just a little nervous about this purchase but no guarantee. Installation was very easy and it works with the same quality as a beautiful mirror finish. It may look too flimsy to carry water, but it delivers a bounty of soft, jet-like rain that feels almost like a real outdoor shower. It's a gentle pour, not the needles of a jet of water like I was hoping for. This is the nicest shower head I've ever had. It comes with spare parts and a tool to tighten the fitting during installation. Took less than 5 minutes. I paired it with a Vida Alegría REACH 18" solid brass shower extension and it's the perfect combination! Love love love!
