Review on Thule 3203037 Subterra Daypack Dark Shadow by Mark Gilbert

Only lasted 6 months with moderate use. There are already holes on the underside it seems and the rear foam is visible. Not safe to use on my laptop anymore. The belt buckles have become very brittle and leave behind dirty limescale residue. One of the strap buckles broke today. It's complete rubbish. Down from 2 stars to 1 star. I am so disappointed with how much I paid. I thought I read pay for quality but it's not quality. I cannot recommend this product. I hope I get a refund or something. A Thule technician contacted me and offered to send me a replacement. Let's see how long this lasts. Maybe I got a really sour lemon for the first time. I will keep you up-to-date. Keep for updates.
