Very responsive vendor in terms of customer support! We have been working together for over 2 years now so I can say our relationship has become very solid as we understand each other well enough not only from business but personal standpoint too (I live out-of town).

Sometimes it's hard getting my point across when using English language - they are quite good at translating into Russian though which makes things easier sometimes :) Overall their work quality was great even if some tasks took longer than expected due time difference between us two countries/regions etc.).
