I am very pleased with these little plates that come in handy for everything but I bought them specifically to hold hot tea bags when making tea . I love strong tea and need TWO bags for a cup of tea so I don't immediately toss hot bags in the plastic lined bin! Or I sometimes saved them for compost for my garden. (when I'm organized)
