Portable: lightweight and easy to carry. Each of the 20 bottles in the box is made of high quality plastic. Very strong and almost comparable to glass in this respect (i.e. certainly not "compressible"). An empty bottle weighs only 20g; Half filled with 32g isopropyl alcohol (100g total). Very effective fine mist: large droplets do not mix with the mist. I love the fact that the inlet tube goes all the way down to catch every last drop of content. Ideal for water-based liquids, fragrances, DIY sanitizers. As for strong organic solvents (like acetone), I'm not sure. or when there is a concentration limit (for some strong organic solvents) before it starts to react with the plastic. I personally tried these vials with 91% isopropyl alcohol for a week - and there was NO cloudiness, discoloration of the plastic, or any visible signs of side effects with the plastic container. In the past I often had to rely on glass counterparts, but glass is much heavier. and plastic formulations have come a long way since I last tried them, so they seem promising to me for most everyday applications.
