This product is more of a belt sander for calluses and rough heels. This is a ruthless, high-speed grinder that will remove whatever you throw it on. It's not for the faint of heart. This is for people who have been exfoliating, exfoliating, scraping, and cutting and still can't get rid of those thick, dead calluses and rough, cracked heels. This will remove them. It can also tear your skin and expose your bone if you're not careful with it. It is a powerful skin removal tool. This is an emergency purchase. This worked for me, but please avoid this unless you are absolutely sure nothing else works. This is an aggressive high speed skin remover. If that sounds right to you, it definitely works. I'm deducting 2 stars because it's broken. The propshaft on this power tool is made of thin plastic and cuts off instantly as some others have said. There is a newer design with more variable speed and they may have done something to the drive mechanism but the one I bought is useless now. Worked fine while working. The company responded and offered me a replacement delivery with a "2-year guarantee". This is supposed to be a newer model. To be honest, it worked great until it just didn't work. This is a skinning power tool and power tools should not have plastic drive shafts. We are waiting for a replacement device.
