The best thing about natterer box is that it allows me to have my sales team working from anywhere in the globe, which has been great for our business! It also gives us more control over how we manage calls with customers by allowing them call through an app rather than having to do so via phone or email (which can sometimes lead to confusion).
I would like there to be better analytics available regarding who's calling whom when they are using this product - especially if you're not able to see their location at all times. We use nattered box primarily to help out with customer support but it does give our reps access to any potential leads. They've found new ways of interacting directly with people without needing someone else present such as being able to take messages while away from your desk.
