How can I give more than one star for receiving the wrong product when the add-on clearly shows and advertises the correct one? I got a keyboard that was an inch shorter (side-to-side) and half an inch narrower (from the connection to the tablet to the free edge of the keyboard) than the Surface Pro 3's keyboard. Add to that the fact that there is not a magnetic connection to a tablet base which allows the keyboard to tilt slightly when attached to make typing easier and searching the web makes it clear that I received a used keyboard for a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 . (as in TWO. NOT THREE) . Seller's delivery command error: possible. Trying to pawn an old keyboard model and believing enough of it will still work on the new (3) model: maybe. An imposition on me as I expected it to be the right keyboard today, taking me on a journey that will now require higher cash outlays - assuming Best Buy stocks the right keyboard: very much so.
