Read the instructions first. It amazes me how many idiots don't follow VERY simple instructions and then complain about things that wouldn't happen if they used the little brains they either have or don't have! For example, wiper blades have blue plastic strips that need to be replaced before use. The number of reviews mentioning blades not working with them is hilarious. If they followed the instructions (included) they would know that these wiper blades work smoothly and silently even when cleaning a small amount of condensate. I've had mine for a few months now and they're still like new. In short, I cannot recommend them enough!
