Whoever came up with this had a baby like mine
My 2 year old loves working with buckles. This toy keeps him busy for a long time - a REALLY long time when there is an adult watching and helping! He can close them all himself and open all but two, which requires more coordination and manual strength. It's easy to transport and relatively quiet for places where loud toys won't work. The zippered pouch is so small it's practically useless, but it's still one of the best toys for toddlers.
