You have to find the right settings!

My first use of this product was unsuccessful. I decided to tweak the settings and in the end managed to get the vinyl to work for me. I have a Silhouette Cameo 4 and the following cut settings have worked well for me: Blade: 3, Power 18, Speed: 6, Passes: 2. It says you must let the vinyl cool before attempting to remove the transfer tape . out of fabric and this is definitely the way to do it. My only advice is to set the heat settings higher than the instructions say. My fever was 385 and I kept it pressed for 60 seconds. I've also found that turning the garment inside and out and heating the back of the shirt where the vinyl is is adheres better to the fabric. Cons: A bit difficult to get the real vinyl out of the plastic. but I've never had a problem lifting my cuts and it comes around my cuts with ease, it may also be because it can be difficult to move when it stretches.
