The cups arrived well packaged and on time. The plates are cute and have a nice curve on the edge. I would say look better in person. The handles on the cup are pressed against the cup so you can leave them flat (but the white color will show on the back of the handles when pressed against the cup). So if you want to use the handles (probably the most common) you'll need to pull out the mug handles. We haven't used them yet so can't appreciate the handles and how they fit together. The cup sits on the plate and slides if someone cares. We bought them for gift bags and need to attach the cup to the plate so it doesn't move, fill it with candy, wrap it in cellophane and tie it with a ribbon. Much quicker than cutting them out on my cricket and or ordering them precut and stacked etc. Love the number of cups you get for the price. Would like to have more colors to choose from. I would buy again.
