Review on 3G-TM by Julio Montano

The ability to use a single system to track multiple freight accounts from different carriers, as well as multiple trucks at one time. I have been able to track my loads quickly and easily with this program. I dislike how it takes so long to get an answer when you call support. It is very annoying because they don't seem to know what they're doing. They keep putting me on hold and sending me back to the beginning of the process. Also, sometimes it will not take your shipment information and just send you back to the main screen. There's nothing really wrong with this program other than the fact that it doesn't always work and you have to be patient. We have been using this program for over a year now and haven't had any problems. We can see everything we need to know about our shipments.
