Superb kitchen and dining utensils

I like the quality of the Vollrath Utensils (or Spoons) and was hesitant because of the different design, but they work great with chilled cookie dough as well as soft dough. It replaced two other unnamed shovels of the same size that broke. I think this design is worth the money. Definitive!
