I had this problem removing eyelashes (using Lashtite glue) and was about to give up when I read a review here that said this product had nothing to do with the removal tool included in the kit . Ardell packaging (small green bottle). You were right! I was able to get all of my lashes off with minimal damage to my own - and it only took a few minutes! Yes, it stings if it gets in the eyes. I use a makeup brush and apply to the root of the lash tuft (where the glue is), the burning sensation was minimal. Its worth it.
