Edit: The first toothbrush I bought had the issues I describe in my review below. After reviewing it, I was immediately contacted by a seller who wanted to improve my experience. They sent me a new toothbrush and extra brush heads. This time the toothbrush works perfectly, no problem. They made sure the new device met my expectations. I really appreciated the excellent customer service that I had not experienced before. First review: I got this for my son and he loves it but the battery doesn't last long. It needs to be charged a lot more often than other sonic toothbrushes we have. The toothbrush will only stay on for 2 out of 4 cycles before turning off and needing to be turned on again. This sort of defeats the purpose of keeping my 8 year old up when he brushes his teeth. Besides, it works fine.
