I have several versions of this S1 mount that work fine, but the S2 version looks much nicer. The tilt mechanism is much smoother than the old version that had snap stops, making it much easier to set the angle you want. The fit is smooth and feels solid. My only disappointment is that it doesn't go well with the AD200 Pro/eVOLV 200 Pro (and I would recommend the AD200/eVOLV 200). The handle on the side of the AD200 Pro does not go through the mount and since the handle cannot be removed you will need to insert the AD200 Pro from the front of the mount until it touches the handle. Given how popular the AD200 is, I'm surprised Godox didn't take this into account. I have several AD360 and AD360 II and they fit perfectly. I will definitely be using this mount for my AD360s!
