Not for teenage girls.
Fits well at the waist and everywhere except the length. Mine is 9 years old 4'10. She can wear a few months before we have to pull her up and wear her as capris. It's not for teenage girls unless they are very small. The only reason I'm not returning them is because my little one loves the color and design.
- Good quality and they are true to size for my granddaughter.
- Dollar store thin, elastic band too tight
