Ordered this for my little one's birthday - he wanted a nautical birthday (didn't have a party due to Covid just a room decoration for him) so was part of ours ordered decorations. Two minuses - 1) sucked balls. We blew them up in Party City the night before his birthday and they all fell to the ground at 6am the next day. Cheap crap. I blame them and NOT Party City because we also had Party City balloons inflated at the same time and they lasted at least a day. Also 2) I knew a build was required but was surprised at how long it took. From blowing up "paper balloons" to stringing up banners and letters for a happy birthday, it actually took some time to complete the decoration. At least it wasn't very expensive, but I would still have paid a few bucks more to get some better quality stuff. The room' looks more like an ocean since the higher quality Party City balloons were hanging from the ceiling, some of the 'middle' Party City balloons were hanging in the middle and these crappy balloons were at the bottom. But be careful , if you want floating balloons - if you "fill up" them more than 8 hours before the party, they probably won't stay up.
