There are two options for roll mats; one that is thinner and may serve better when rolling thinner buns or buns with a thinner covering, and then a thicker and more durable green bamboo roll that may serve better when rolling a meatier California roll. Either way, this is really great value and a great option if you want to learn how to roll sushi with a friend or loved one.
