Such a strong mount! Easy to install but may need some adjustments to get it ready as there is a locking button and 2 connectors above it and the mount then attaches to your phone or iPad. There is no movement to the right or left of the base when the crank is placed on a table or headboard of a bed etc, but you have a slight angle to the device to allow for some of that. For it to be that strong, it needs to be really stiff for a solid hold. Each joint also has a strong hold. The very last part of the gooseneck fits/bends/bends a little as needed, but it's not easy to do.
