There must be something wrong with the AUX and headphone jacks as when plugged in the connection was not good and the sound either didn't come at all or kept going on and off. Plugging the connector back in didn't help. Maybe it's just a defective product or it fell 100 times 🤔. Anyway, I had no interest in replacing it and possibly repeating the same process. So it was a comeback. Despite claiming it was a 20w unit, the sound that came out wasn't that loud at all and I was very disappointed with the sound quality when actually plugged in. I thought that this device, which was cheaper and slightly smaller than the previous device I bought but from a different brand, would be suitable for my small office, but it is not.
