I bought these to replace my worn out Haflingers. I was a housewife before Covid hit so I don't feel good about slippers as I wear them more than any other shoe I own. I hate walking barefoot or without slippers so after 2-3 years I have to wear them which I don't mind. I saw an article in The Strategist about the number one most comfortable slippers. I decided to try them and after a few steps I realized I didn't like them at all. The round, hard soles felt very wobbly and I wasn't sure I could walk in them without falling. I'm not an elderly person and I don't usually worry about these things, but they didn't feel safe at all. Another thing I didn't like, they aren't easy to put on and take off due to the small hem at the back of the shoe, which in itself was uncomfortable and I knew there might be a blister after a few hours. They seemed well made and warm but I put them back in the box within minutes and ordered another pair of Haflingers today. Maybe I'm too used to the Haflingers to change, but I fell in love with them the first time I put them on their feet. I couldn't understand the article recommending them instead of Haflingers which are more comfortable and cheaper. It just didn't make sense.
