Just like expensive Under Armor and Duofold underwear. They come in a set (top and bottom), comfortable to the touch, the shush fabric is smooth. I bought these for a 14 year old girl who weighs 127 pounds and is 5ft 6 inches tall. She could wear size L and would have room to grow. I would suggest ordering a larger side than they usually carry.
