Review on πŸŽ’ Red Rock Outdoor Gear RED80136CO BRK: Ultimate Daypacks for Hiking and Outdoor Adventures by Mandy Jones

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very good value for money: hunting and fishing

I've been using the Rebel Assault Pack for a year and a half now and am very impressed with its value. I purposely hit this bag to see how it would break. Nothing out of the ordinary, but I used it as an everyday bag for work and consciously displayed stress and always pulled hard on the zippers, never opening the bag carefully. The bottom holds up perfectly after sitting on the concrete floor every day, the straps are fine, the overall condition of the bag is excellent. After a year and a half, the zipper in the middle compartment finally started to come loose. The stitching in the top corner, which I kept pulling on for a year and a half, finally failed. These aren't YKK zippers or anything fancy, they're cheap. Although they are very well preserved. Each day, this bag is filled with just over a gallon of water and protective gear. Fits comfortably, compression straps work well. For $40, it's hard to beat. The only thing I would change would be maybe add a stiff polymer rod or something on the back for stiffness. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with this bag. I'll keep throwing it around and wait for my Red Rock Summit package to arrive. Carry on in the same spirit.
