My wife loves the mask. She first saw it in a retail store for almost double the price. I'm so glad we waited and researched more about it. The mask is a one-piece protective face mask and is very light. Probably lighter than metal frames. So it is quite comfortable to wear. According to the instructions, you shouldn't wear it for more than 10-20 minutes a day. My wife wears it to watch shows and just sets the timer. It passes quickly. There's no backlight in the eye area, so you can navigate your day as if you had it on. The only thing we haven't figured out yet is the differences between different colors. They're very bright and the wavelengths are different nm. So on that day she just uses a different color.
