Hello, after purchasing this set of lights last year I found that one of the lights was on a channel not controlled by the remote - it was on Channel zero and the remote control The controller can only change the indicator lights that are on channels 1-10. However, in response to my question, I received a call from Neewer support - the channel each light is set to is also controlled by the remote. Press the M button when the remote control is close to the light source in question, and then the light indicator on the back of the light source will flash, and you can rotate the top knob to select the channel of this light source. With this information, the light now works. perfect! I would also recommend getting some diffusers, I bought them separately but I think they are included. Since this is a lighting setup for my "office" to make zoom calls optimal, I now travel with lights on road trips as well. So I would recommend buying a kit that has a bag to carry the right items in one. a bag but whatever i like good lighting just so much they are now on the packing list!
