The memory card should be a newer version of the Kingston KVR1333D3S9/2GETR memory card for our Acer Aspire One D255E -13670. That does not work. The first attempts to contact the seller by phone were unsuccessful and I wrote the seller a bad review. However, I received an email from them stating that they were facing an unusually high number of requests. I've been told that for technical support (or for a refund) the best way to get in touch is via message. I suggested adding this information to the message you hear when you try to call them. This might be a good idea. The seller asked me to send them photos of our existing memory card and the memory card I received. When I did that they were able to fix the problem and send me the correct module which works great.
