Review on 32+ Hours BASE LINE True Wireless Earbuds Headphones: Bluetooth 5, Dual-Mic Noise Canceling, Charging Case. Deep Bass Sound Headset, Small Earphones for Android Samsung & iPhone (With Volume Control) by Rose Sanchez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Base Lite is NOT the same as LINE

I was happy to buy and try it but there is no touch volume control as described. Upon further investigation, the Base Lite does not have touch volume controls, but this information was not accurately or effectively reflected in the product description. That's the only reason I bought them. They sound pretty good, but there should be a clear distinction between Base Line and Base Lite. NOT SAME SAME, and I'm disappointed. UPDATE September 22, 2019 I recently purchased the Base LINE headphones through an Indiegogo campaign and updated my review of the Base LINE headphones. Had I known they would be available soon for the same price on Prime I would have waited considering there is a $10 shipping fee! WTF. It's me shaking my fist at Rokin in anger for this nonsense. But now the rating. Acquired Base LINE through Gogo indie campaign after initial purchase of Base Lite not knowing the difference in functionality. Now that I have my Base Line gloves I can say I am very happy with this product at least for now. The sound is rich and these are the first headphones I've actually FEEL the bass in (and it's not overwhelming). I usually only have to listen at 50% volume. They sit well in the ears, are comfortable to the touch and the touch controls are very responsive. I also have a Rowkin Ascent and the touch controls are vastly improved over the Ascent, although I still love these little boys/girls. The battery life is fantastic. I never think about charging them and just charged the case for the first time after having them for about 3 weeks. I think my only issue with this is that there is currently no app function to change the audio settings. I'm happy with the sounds but would like to hear some different sound profiles like I can hear with my other Rowkin headphones. I expect this to happen in the near future, but there is still room for improvement. So my score is 4/5, with a big bias towards 5. If you're looking for an AirPod alternative and want to keep the price reasonable without sacrificing quality, these are your new friends.
