Review on Lusso Gear Red Heavy Duty Back Seat Car Organizer for Enhanced SEO by Bryan Gilliam

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Fantastic product but the tablet holder *doesn't* hold more than a completely bare iPad 4th gen

We ordered 2 of these just before we left for a long car ride with 2 young children. In fact, my husband wasn't able to unpack and install them until the morning before we left. I was initially very disappointed to find that one device's tablet holder was worn upon arrival as these were the things I had been looking forward to the most. He was so damaged that each application made him exponentially worse and it was impossible to save him. I've used it as sparingly and gently as possible, or not used it at all during the trip, and it's actually worn out significantly more. We did our best during the trip and everything was fine, but it could have been better with a fully functional tablet holder. for both children. I should note that there were no problems at all with the second device. While driving, I received an email from the seller with a question about the product. I rarely reply to these emails, but since the product is backed by a "lifetime warranty" I figured it couldn't hurt. The seller responded very, very quickly and was sincere in his messages. They immediately had a new product. While it didn't help during the trip, I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the honesty of the warranty and the support team's speed of response. Despite a faulty unit that we received, the product is very well made and installs. fast and easy. It installs BETTER than any other backseat organizer I've had before. This *doesn't* hang at the end, sag, sag, get in the way of the person in the front seat, etc. They're smooth, fit well, and are sturdy. There is plenty of storage space and I appreciate all the different pockets, divided sections, zips, removable mini storage etc. Our 7 year old could reach everything in his very easily, our 2.5 year old couldn't - but I didn't expect that he can. WHAT DOES AND DOESN'T RIDE IN THE TABLET HOLDER: Kindle Fire for Kids With a large sponge case, it gets the job done with ease. BUT, our iPad 4th Gen with one of those thin cases that open/close, turn on/off and turn back on, WILL NOT FIT IN THE CASE. OR DEFINITELY. *** The iPad 4th Gen is by far the largest tablet that fits in this thing and it can't be when it's inside anyway. *** Unless you have it in a very, very thin case. the only case like a latch on a phone case. However, it doesn't fit exactly left to right and is only held in place by a single piece of velcro nylon. I would like more protection for the tablet from falling out as it has to come without a case and doesn't feel secure. That's the only reason I gave this item one star. The tablet holder needs to be larger to accommodate new tablets AND their cases to give parents peace of mind, and little more than a piece of Velcro nylon should secure the tablet in the case.
